Gossip Girl goes high fashion!



It looks like everybody in this world (especially the world of fashion) has fallen in love with our upper east sider's socialite, Serena 'Blake Lively' Van der Woodsen and our lovely queen bee, Blair 'Leighton Meester' Waldorf. Why? check every fashion magazine pages and you'll find their faces. Hosting at Fashion's Night out, Derek Lam, Jason Wu, Roger Vivier and not to mention sitting front row at Chanel couture show, Dior, marc jacobs, Louis Vuitton and many more. Blake Lively has become the most favourite 'it girl' of our 'Queen' Anna Wintour. That nuclear Wintour with all her ability and power in this fashion industry, introduced ms. lively to kaiser Karl of Chanel, and made her (ms. Lively) the upcoming new face of Chanel mademoiselle bag. "Though i'm the face of it, i'm gonna carry the bag like any other girls ", said ms. Lively in interview with WWD.

Leighton Meester on missoni ad campaign 2011




If you think ms. meester is feeling miserable, sitting alone in the corner of the crowd and cries, you were absolutely wrong! Because she is the new face of Missoni, the high end luxury italian brand. Shot by world well-known photographer Juergen Teller (campaign : marc jacobs, vivienne westwood), the campaign is all about missoni family and friends, it's inspired by the cover of beatles album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart club Band. The first campaign shot for the fashion house was release on January 11 2011, on Vogue Italia sites. Leighton is also the face of Vera Wang latest campaign. Maybe she just have to wait for Anna Wintour calling her, to put her face on the cover of US Vogue. Because ms. Lively is the two time US Vogue cover, it just about time to Leighton being on the Cover or maybe our favourite Vogue editor (besides Roitfeld, Alt and Wintour), Franca Sozzani of Italian Vogue, put Leighton first on the cover of Vogue Italy. It's not only because Leighton is the face of italian high end brand Missoni, it's because she deserve it.

Emmanuelle Alt : the new editor in chief of Paris Vogue!


OHH! i'm super, super Excited to hear this! Goosebumps all over my body! this is crazy! My rolemodel for almost three years, a mother, fashion director of Paris Vogue, fashion icon, a legend. Has finaly become the new Editor in Chief of Paris Vogue and become the successor of our Magnifique Madame Carine Roitfeld. And Congratulation for you Emmanuelle! J'adore!

OH LA LA!
I had die and gone to Lanvin wonderland in Heaven! Can you imagine? Lanvin and H&M? I had to admit that Alber Elbaz is one of my favourite Fashion 'genius' Desinger and H&M is one of the most innovative retail brand in the world! Lanvin H&M is one of the best collaboration that H&M ever done with fashion designer and high fashion brand. I think it's not Lanvin who become mass product but, it's H&M going High Fashion! The collection is so Lanvin! The double Satine one shoulder dress, Tulle dress, the signature Alber Elbaz's fashion illustration printed on a simple white t-shirt, and Elbaz' signature bow tie and sun glasses on Man collection. The collection is to die for, it's something when you look at it, your going to say 'I had to have it' beside Oh La La.

Lanvin H&M campaign


The Lanvin H&M campaign put Russian topmodel ,Natasha Polly as their face. Along side with Irina Lazareaneu on their lookbook. As you can see (below) the collection is to die for and it all sold out only in 3 hours after their launch and sell it online and on certain H&M store around the world. Only some celebrity who very lucky, able to wore the collection before they launched such as our fashion darling from the hit tv series (whom also my favourite too) Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester, wear the Leopard Shoes. She is very lucky because even J.Lo and Madonna is on the waiting list who want to wear that shoes before the launch date. The collection is like candy, so colorful, playful and chic. Once again Lanvin, Alber Elbaz and H&M prove to us that they are a girl, women and men at every age BEST FRIENDS!
